Greenline Developers strives to ensure on-time project completion. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including natural calamities, regulatory approvals, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable extensions may be applied.
5. Quality & Materials
We commit to using trusted materials and standard practices for construction. Any specific brand or material requests must be agreed upon in writing. Warranties (if applicable) are provided as per manufacturer standards.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information regarding site, requirements, and legal documents. Approvals, permits, and clearances (if not handled by Greenline Developers) must be obtained by the client before project commencement.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, content, and materials provided by Greenline Developers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Greenline Developers shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our control. Liability, if any, is limited to the scope of the signed agreement/contract.
9. Privacy & Data
Any client information shared with Greenline Developers is kept confidential and used only for project-related communication. We do not sell or misuse personal data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
